Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and spacious with a nice bed, and I would recommend paying extra for a balcony to enjoy the view over Vesuvius. The staff went out of their way to assist us, making our stay extra special. However, the location could have been closer to attractions like the Amalfi coast and Sorrento.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with some amazing highlights but also a few drawbacks to consider. The rooms were lovely, with a veranda overlooking the pool and grounds, plus an incredible terrace boasting stunning views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. However, I couldn't fully enjoy my own terrace due to other events in the hotel. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist with all my needs. The location, though not in the best of places, offered easy access to Napoli, Sorrento, and Pompei by car. Dining was fabulous with the chance to savor the view from the terrance, but the limited breakfast options were a downside.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were amazing with a great view towards the sea and Mount Vesuvius. They were clean, spacious, and I highly recommend paying extra for a balcony to enjoy the spectacular views over the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The service was top-notch, with tremendously helpful and friendly staff catering to every need. The location was perfect for sightseeing and beach activities, although having a car does make getting around more convenient. The dining experience was varied and excellent, especially the Sicilian pastries. Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic amenities and unbeatable views.
My stay at the hotel was somewhat of a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms had amazing views across the orange grove gardens to the bay of Naples and Vesuvius, but they were also prone to light spills from the hallway due to large gaps at the bottom of the doors. The stunning views over the bay made mornings truly special, yet rooms without a view lacked amenities like a tub and were not ideally positioned.
The hotel offers incredible views over the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius from the terrace; however, some rooms need renovation, particularly the bathrooms. Overall, a good size and comfortable stay with the extra balcony option recommended.
The hotel offers tasteful and well-equipped rooms with very comfy beds, featuring a Jacuzzi with a big remote control and additional air/water sprinklers. The rooms are spacious and clean throughout, yet there might be some noise disturbance due to other events in the hotel.
